Good sepia toning, it looks like the girl in the foreground is just infront of the focal plane and could be just a shade sharper, but well done overall!

I like the positioning of the subject, but I think that the photo could use more substance as a whole- it doesn't seem to be a candid shot, nor a posed one, but somewhere inbetween
