Reflectionsby DeniseBernadetteComment: These are not easy to get! Good job. I think I might like the contrast bumped just a bit. It might also be fun to play with the color tones...I would try a bit of blue to get that cold feel to it. |

The Lion Sleeps Tonightby CutterComment: Nice shot and perfect title. There is something about the shot that makes me want to see more texture. It almost seems too smooth, although I don't see any Neat Image or the like in your editing steps. The final product has nice tones, good composition and effective lighting - I'd just like to see a bit more sharpness perhaps to bring out the textures. |

In the Line of Fireby CutterComment: I like hot air balloon shots, and this one is unique. The flames make it above the ordinary. |

Fall Creekby CutterComment: Beautiful lighting, colors and composition. I really do like the editing, although it makes it appear less of a photo and more of a painting. Depends on the look you desire, I suppose. |

Class VI Whitewaterby CutterComment: What an awesome shot! This is one of the biggest limitations of my 717 - not good at all for action shots. You've really captured the moment here with the water, the colors and the stopped action. The only thing I would like better is if we could see more of the face and expression of the person. |

Friendshipby CalliopeKelComment: Figured I'd add one more comment to make my total an even 10!
Very nice job on this one. I wish they had just tad bit more headroom, and maybe a bit on the right though. I think I like your photos so much because they generally evoke an emotional response of some sort...and this is a great example. Cute girls and wonderful idea. Technically, the left side suit has some blown highlights, but good job otherwise. |

Fetorby CalliopeKelComment: Technically not bad, but I don't like this one nearly as much as some of your others. I think the pose and expression are just a little odd to me. The tones and lighting are nice. Not sure about the cut off ear. |

Swearing Inby CalliopeKelComment: The lighting and dof add so much impact to this shot. Someone else could take just a snapshot of this same scene and it wouldn't work nearly as well. It really catches the feel of the ceremony I think. I would probably clone out the colors of the symbol or whatever that is under his arm sleeve. |

Time to Readby CalliopeKelComment: You have a very nice eye for composition IMO. This is a wonderful character shot and the b/w works well. I do wish the highlights weren't blown out so much, but I have a feeling you probably have worked very well with the original you had. Another good job. |
