"Don't Pass Me By"by LKMoteComment: I am so surprised this didn't score higher. What beautiful animals and I think it worked well for this challenge. Not an easy shot to get and I thought your composition was good. The only thing that might help it more would be to blur the background some. Still, a shot to be proud of. |

Under the Starsby philupComment: This is so stunning. I feel like I'm standing in the field looking at the sky. :) I like that it appears you didn't mess with it a lot in editing...it looks very natural. |

Three in a Rowby sherpetComment: Great bright colors! I'll bet this will make a beautiful print. I like the composition with the length of the proportions emphasizing the three flowers. |

Sand Between My Toesby ShannonLeeComment: I love the feel and the colors of this shot! I wish the horizon was straightened. Other than that, it is perfect! It just looks like a relaxing "wish you were here shot." |

Bubble Bubble ...by macrothingComment: Cool shot. I like this idea alot and I'm surprised it didn't do better in the challenge. Great bubbles filling the frame and the color provided by the straw works well. |

Nikki1.jpgby ltlmschrisssComment: Cutie! I think for portraits such as this, it works better to have a smaller depth of field to blur the background more. You can move her away from the background a bit farther and that would help gain that blur as well. Nice and clear shot and cute model!
Edit: I think I'd also lessen the blue a bit in the shot in order to warm up the tones. Message edited by author 2006-07-16 19:53:38. |

Reflectionby UNTITLEDComment: This is way cool! Too bad about the sky being pretty washed out, and I would also try to bring out the shadowed portion of the balloon a bit more too. I'm going to a balloon festival next weekend and I'd like to try a shot like this. |
