This is kind of a fun idea, but I think there are too many blown out portions for the lighting to be really effective. I would also like to see maybe one more "essential" item to give a little added interes...maybe a pail and shovel, a beach towel or sunglasses. Certainly suits the summertime!

This is very cool. I can see this being the front of a stationary type card. I think your style shines best in your floral shots, IMO. I think playing with the different effects is fun, and this effect suits this shot very well.

Really like this close up. I'm not always a fan of the water droplets on a bloom, but it does add something to this one. Nice cropping and focus.

Seaside Reflections

This is an interesting shot, but I'm not sure I care for the reflection. It appears just mostly white out, nothing of particular interest to reflect. I do, however, like the rest of the composition because of the colors and textures. I keep wanting to see more of the lower half. Nice colors and richness to all your shots. You do a good job of exposure and editing.

This is wonderful. I love how the light comes in so softly from the left. The slight reflection and the colors and clarity all work very well here. Nice eye and great camera work.

I really like the way you caught the edge of the that balloon in the foreground, right. I think this would be even better if you could successfully clone out the dark balloon on the left. There were certainly many there! I've enjoyed looking at all the balloon shots.

I like it too! The only thing I'd think to do differently is to desaturate the green stem a bit. The brightness of that green seems to detract from the softness of the pink and overall pic.

I love this! It just has an almost surreal feel to it. The outfit, the angle, the softness and the colors go together to give a feel of innocence. Nicely done. I might have made the subject just a bit brighter, and it would be nice to see her bare feet (if they were...for some reason I'm thinking they would be.) But it's really nice just the way it is, too.
