Blind Man's Fallsby cpanaiotiComment: This is great. I love the angle and composition of this particular waterfall. There is a nice balance to how the falls are arranged. Good exposure and speed setting. I can see why you made this a print and I would expect it to do well. Very nice! |

Hilltopby tcrock41Comment: What a cool looking place. Looks like a spot you could just spend a lot of time just sitting and watching the day go by. Nice photo. Looks like the horizon is tilting down to the right just a bit. |

Color Me Beautifulby tcrock41Comment: I love this time of the day...the light just catches the clouds just right and you've done a great job capturing that light. Skies are the best show in town. I'd probably be tempted to play with it even more to bring up the contrast in light and dark a bit, but that's just my tastes and some would probably consider that overdone. |

City Twilightby BlinksComment: This is really nice. I would also crop a little differently to cut out some of the blackness..just a bit. I think it also seems like it needs the tiniest bit of counter-clockwise rotation. Very well seen and good idea for the challenge. It turned out nicely just the way it is. |

Pure as Snowby BlinksComment: Nice idea. It reminds me of one I took here last winter. We had a snowstorm and I passed one of those plastic lightup nativity scenes where all the figures were buried up to their necks in snow, and the poor baby Jesus was no place to be seen! LOL It really was funny.
Anyway, I think this fit the challenge well and I think you chose a difficult thing to photograph - snow. It does seem really blown out in the center and the blue tint is a little strong in places. I do like the idea, however. |

Breaking Throughby BlinksComment: I'm a sucker for sky shots...and this one's a beauty! Personally, I would prefer it without the skyline, but I can see why you would leave it in. Just a matter of taste. The angle here is so nice with the dark clouds on the right really setting off the rays and blues in the rest of the shot. Very nice. |

Cadillac Dreams Revisited.jpgby BlinksComment: This is awesome! Love those fins. I have done some classic car shots and they are not always as easy as they appear. I really like the angle you got on this shot and the blueish tone works well. The good dof and focus on the name works also. Good job. |

Govett's Leapby stormyComment: I really like the heavy feel of the clouds in this shot. I do wish the lower areas showed some more detail. |

Archesby stormyComment: I really love these kinds of shots. I need to find me some arches (that aren't the golden kind that serves hamburgers!) I think it's a good choice to do this in b/w. The shadows add a lot of interest to this shot too. I might crop this just a little tighter on the top and right sides. Still..nice just the way it is too. |
