Kio Ripplesby BrennanOBComment: And healthy ones they are too! There's a bit of reflection to the right that (if it was mine) I'd probably try to crop out or dull down a bit. But it's a good one and those koi are beautifully exposed. |

Sea Sculptureby owenComment: Oh;, these are so much fun to photograph. I like the stop action very much, but wonder if the composition would have been improved with an uncentered crop. Say by cropping quite a bit off the left side, leaving the excellent detail and lovely blue sky to the right. Obviously, just my opinion... |

Little Falls at Longwoodby phylsy7Comment: Lovely colors and nice composition. UNfortunately, the foreground is out of focus and that sometimes makes an unsurmountable barrier for the viewer. A tripod and a nice long exposure would have made this image pop beautifully. |

Through the Windshieldby karmatComment: Interesting abstract. Could use a slightly deeper depth of field - or perhaps crop to the upper right quadrant... |

Reflections of Winterby pearlseyesComment: Frequently, when a composition is divided almost exactly in half, it doesn't work well. This does because the two halves have different tonal qualities. Good seeing. |

Skagerrak and Blueby tinky2Comment: Hmmm, is there a rock in Iceland that looks like the one at Morro Bay in California?
:)
Seriously, nice image with good compositional contrast between the rough boat and smooth water. |

Ice enchantmentby BrinComment: Focus is good where it needs to be and soft where it works. Nice one. |

Waterfall under x-rayby NeuferlandComment: A lot of people are going to tell you your image is too small. There is an excellent tutorial here at DPC under "Learn" that might help you resize your images so people can see the imagination and thought you've put into this. |
