Whitby Abbey (657 AD)by sjturnerComment: This is a lovely solution to the Challenge. But I wonder how it would look if you had cropped to just above the towers, including that flight of birds. While the sky is quite nice, it doesn't (IMO, of course) add much to the image or composition. And you have a great story with the building and the birds. 6 |

Lake Hodgesby KnightmovesComment: Oh, dear. Lots of people are going to tell you about your lake horizon, I'm afraid. Sometimes, even if it is an optical illusion, it's best to make it straight if possible :)
Still, it's a beautiful image and you must have had a fine time enjoying it while you were there. |
