Acute Apexby giantmikeComment: I love the lines of this triangular buildint and the clarity and tones of your shot are very nice. I'd have been tempted to crop above the red thing and lose the entire bottom. I think the top of this building could have carried the entire image quite well. Voted earlier. |

Grandpa Windowby mrbig65Comment: Bet he's spent a lot of time in this shop. Those tools make for some very interesting silhouettes. Woodworking and fishing, if I'm not mistaken. Voted earlier. |

birdhouseby skewsmeComment: Almost missed the pretty little birdie. I think I could have done with more window, less siding . . . Voted earlier. |

....to the soulby smardazComment: The hands are a window to the soul? Never heard that one before :) I like the idea here, but somehow I think the eyes must be the focus for this to work for the challenge and title. Voted earlier. |

....into the pastby herfotomanComment: Love the perspective, high key/low key contrast here, textures, scenes. Having a bit of trouble fitting it into the Windows challenge. Must have been shot through one? Or maybe just the idea of a figurative window into the past . . . Voted earlier. |

Afterthoughtsby ChandiComment: Great tower with many tiny windows - many are almost lost in the patterns of the blocks but it's kind of fun to hunt for them. Was this background switched out? If it was, I think you could have found a better one; if it wasn't, I think I would have done so. Voted earlier. |

Some Speecy Windowby bobkComment: Adore the sense of scale this waiting figure gives this shot. How I wish there was more space at the top. Given the Expert Editing rules, I might have cloned out the tree on the right and added a row of blocks - I think it could have been done convincingly. Voted earlier. |

2408½by FtWorthphotogComment: Interesting subject - one I think you would have been better to shoot from more of a distance (though maybe the view to the inside wasn't as nice . . . ) Because everything is cut off and kind of wonky, the image feels unfinished to me. Voted earlier. |

Moment of Silenceby wei1108Comment: A most impressive window - looks like a great flat/apartment. Not crazy about the soft processing - gives a muddy look to the panes and more darkness to the recesses than I would like, I think. Voted earlier. |
