This doesn't scream "hollywood" to me seeing the image, not knowing the skyline - this could be almost any big city from my perspective.
Even these houses, while i'm sure expensive, feel underwhelming compared to the city in the distance.

Clear image of a nice ring. Definitely makes me think of money when i see it.
I would've preferred to have the ring sitting the other up (to get the intended heart effect from the setting) and a little more *oomf* to the background for the ring - it feels a little washed out for my taste.

I think that focusing in on the chips with the cards beside them would have more of an impact. The overexposure on the cards on the table and the chips leave a lot of questions in the air and are still critical components in connecting these two cards to money.
Nice idea, I just feel it fell a little short of what it was capable of.

I think a lot of people will assume you used actual coins and just shot them out of focus - i don't know if that's the case or not (as actual currency is not allowed in your shot), but it looks to me more like water sprinkling into a pool (rain/hose, etc).
If it is the latter (or something similar) then I commend you on a good job of making it look like real change. :)
