selective desaturation!!, I'm guessing a relative new photographer or editor it happens to us all and I've been guilty of it in the past. and it doesn't go down well on dpc. it can work incredible well, see what speilberg and Janusz Kamiński did with the girl in the red coat in shindler's list etc, but the missed focus on the stamen then the rash of colour isn't helping sell this to me.

mysticism of the reflection, what am i looking at tress over head maybe but the duplicity of the rain spoiling the reflection and elevation it at the same time makes this shot. love it.

a fussy end to the day, I'm going to guess cape cod ish way? lovely touch to the landscape not overdone on the sky and off centre horizon really make this a nice picture worthy of anyones wall. 9

I'm being chased through the woods, a bear maybe a wold or maybe I'm just out for a run, its hard going in the deep snow but i can see my path and I'm going for it. great movement and energy, lovely soft low contrasty tones. 9 from me
