What I don't like - B&W - wish it were in colour. |

Thanks SaraH - perhaps a bridge alone wasn't considered landscape. |

The Crossingby P-A-U-LComment: Originally posted by PennyClick: Looks like the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Takes me back nearly 50 years! Interesting POV. |
Yes that is correct. Lovely bridge and superb city! |

Thanks h2 - I did try a lower angle but think I choose the higher angle to be able to see the swirls in the water looking down.
Here is a straight out of the camera lower angle shot - just grabbed this quickly from the many shots in the folder so may not be the best of this viewpoint

Edit - processing would have fixed it. |
Thanks Sevlow - it is actually very unusual that I did not do any processing on this photo as I normally give every photo a huge blast of Topaz Adjust. The reflections on the right hand side are annoying too and I am sure could have been eliminated somehow when shooting. I should perhaps have made a DIY lightbox type thing rather than shooting in the back garden. |

:: Stripes ::by P-A-U-LComment: Couple of comments about lack of contrast - would be interested to know if that was something that processing could have dealt with or required a different lighting set up? The lighting is simply natural light - sat on the table in the garden on a partially overcast day. |

Thanks and yes it is water. If I had realised spirits had different effects I would certainly have given that a try. I would like to re-shoot this one anyway so will try some Absinthe perhaps. |
