The title is fitting. It has a cold feeling, as I am sure the blues and mist create this effect. I really like the attention to the detail in the foreground, and way off in the distance, you can see the lights of a city/town. It's a very beautiful picture, executed well.

Unfortunately, this photo doesn't have the wow factor for me. It's a nice photo, but it doesn't scream out at me.
On the plus side... this is one that has a visually calming effect. Which is nice when you want something like that. :)

winter warming glow

I like the glow in the shot. But I find myself coming back to it, over and over again. There is something that isn't quite "right" IMO. But I can't put my finger on it. Don't get me wrong, I like the shot, it's a warming sensation... but there's something that is throwing it off. ?

A little unrealistic in the colors. But it's an interesting way to go about processing. My son loves the dog in the water... he is sitting here telling me "I want a puppy like that". So he loves the photo. :)
I also like the idea of it, the ripples in the water. I just think it went a little overboard in the coloring.
