Great detail and lighting. The only thing I may have done differently was clone out the shadow from the frame on the eye. Other than that... this is such an intriguing shot. well done!

First thing I noticed... Edgar Allen Poe... one of my all-time favorite writers. I love the darkness and the color to this shot... it adds a "dark mysteriousness" to it. The noise/grain works in favor here. The coffee cup adds that little extra to the shot. The way it's composed is beautiful. Very nicely done

Beautiful black and white. Love the detail. And a viewer can make up a story behind the shot. The dark shadows add even more interest, as the lighting barely shining gives just enough to pop the photo.

I love these types of glasses, haven't been able to find any though.

I like how this is the only thing in the frame. The focus seems to be a touch off, a little more sharpness would have been better, IMO (as I am noticing the top of the right lens frame seems to be OOF).

But I do like the reflection of the glasses, the lighting seems to be good.

It's simplistic, yet interesting at the same time.
