I like how the tree breaks it up and adds some earth into the celestial arrangement.
It sure can be tough to get clean photos at the ISO settings needed to get this much detail out of the galaxy.

It's a good photo, except of course for the lady in the background, but things like that are easy to miss while you're taking it - our eyes naturally focus on one thing at a time, and you really have to train your eye to see the whole scene as a camera sees it. Either that, or chimp the pictures right after you take them and reshoot as necessary.
