Nice image. Crisp, clear, well lit. IMO could be improved by recomposing without the table leg on the right and you could maybe clone out that hair on the left (ick!) |

I don't find the composition particularly interesting, but the technical aspects of darks/lights and tonal range has been handled really nicely. |

Place your betsby coraildefeuComment: Will it fall? Eventually, yes :)
I really like the idea in this one; the eye is peering out quite cheekily. However the tones in this image seem flat on my screen. |

I like the colours in your image. I am usually a fan of negative space, but not so much in this instance. Maybe because the negative space is solid black? Not sure. |

Breakfast Time!!by YoManoComment: This picture says 'who's next?' to me, which isn't answerable by yes or no.
Great, creative idea but I feel the technicals have let you down. The lighting is fairly flat and there seems to be a shadow right across your fried egg. Also, a nice new pan would have helped increase the visual 'cool' factor. |

I like that the subject is connected through eye contact. I don't like the chopped off feet or the pole leading my eye out of frame. |

Under the Weatherby PennyStreetComment: I do not understand your question so cannot give a yes or no response.
I *assume* this is a candid street shot of what looks like a somewhat annoyed person. As a stand-alone street shot, I feel that the bits of cut-off people, as well as the reflection in the glasses, are extremely distracting. I feel you used this shot only because of its unusual subject and that is a form of taking advantage. If someone else were in this shot, it would not be quite so interesting and the distracting elements would well and truly override the image. |

Honestly, I am not a fan of this type of image generally. Add to that the fact that I cannot make the connection to the challenge topic and I'm afraid this didn't score well with me. |

I know that there was nothing you could do about it, but that column keeps drawing my eye, perhaps because it is the lightest part of your composition. |
