Bugs and Botanicalsby amsmythComment: Beautiful rendition - the butterfly looks like it is flying right out of the leaves. If the colors in the butterfly were reduced in post-processing I think that was a loss - it comes out looking too much like the surrounding leaves. |

My Shadow Stayed Thereby MonaComment: This is an effective semi-abstract, and the shadow is interesting, given the other elements that cross it. I think it goes too far in the direction of "computer art" and moves away from the essential photo quality the challenge says it's looking for. |
