Lemon Delightby rkligmanComment: Looks yummy. Nicely balanced composition, though I'm not sure the fork is positioned as well as it could be. It tends to bloci the eye coming into the picture. |

Stroke of Brillianceby JCDeanComment: Nice composition, nice color. I think the paper gets too dark in the lower right-hand corner. |

The Power of Oneby TomH1000Comment: Great take on the challenge; there's not much yellow here, but it is clearly the subject. I like the way the corners of the slab are cut off. |

A splash of color to burn off the coastal fog!by BethanComment: Very nice contrast between the house and the background. I don't know if it would work, but moving over just enough to place the tree off center from the doorway might improve the composition, unless the door is so ugly it needs to be concealed. |

Study week: the HI-LITER's all you need..by Delphi00Comment: No question there's yellow here, but it seems almost overwhelmed by the black. I think having a coulde of lines highlighted (in yellow of course) would have made this a stronger statement. |

Yellow Revisited: Texas Styleby HornOUBetComment: Nice design, but I'd give a lot of the credit to the guy that designed the sign. The car is nicely placed as an element in the commposition, and the pciture is nicely done, though. |

Backlit by Yellowby luv2photoComment: This may be the yellowest shot in the challenge. I like the contrast with the green leaf and the multiple shades of yellow, from near white to deeply saturated. |

Remnants of Fall on a Foggy Dayby slgardnerComment: This kind of stretches the definition of yellow (I see more greens and browns), but it's a great shot. I really like the background - enough to set a scene but not obtrusive.

Mumsby ErikaSComment: The mums are beautiful; the lizard seems to be the main subject, though, and he's green! No loss of points for that; it's still a mainly yellow picture. |
