I think there is some weirdness with dodging and such here, but perhaps that is what helps to provide a special context and emphasis. perhaps the charm is that one has to sit and think a bit about it.

The general absurdity of the chair in the water, to me, represents our folly in trying to control nature, and the grand joke that it represents to onlookers, perhaps the philosophical community. This notion is reinforced by the lo-fi quality and graininess, which adds mystery and lack of clarity to the setting. Have a seat and contemplate how nothing makes any sense, or difference.
