This is such an interesting shot. so deep; yet, it is very subtle how the focus remains deep into the shot tricking perspective and accomplishing front and back with color and form instead of sharpness.

Again teh warm yellow and khaki building mix perfectly with the cool cobalt night, converging just above the water and creating a focal point for your eye to rest.

I think that the symmetry here works brilliantly. the rope is perfectly placed; neatly coiled. This is the view that the person being transported sees as the ferryman stands behind and licks his proverbial chops.
I like the cool vast negative space of teh water being slice with the warm toned hot boat.

THis would make a great poster or mural for a big big wall; don't be afrais to play with those colors. I like the tan but you want to stay away from whats affectionatley referred to as "shit brown"

Great shot; vastly underrated. Creates a nice amount of interest. the cell phone. the asain people. the girl at the bar and here expression.

and the random feeling focus makes the viewer feel likes hes shuffling through that bar crowd. excellent work.
