Coffee womanby nickstyleComment: I had to bump this higher, the expression is nice, and playful and the black and white contrast here is expertly done. The teeth and eye focal points are so nice and white- and just so much mascara. great shot. I hope this gets a ribbon. |

le printempsby hannekeComment: I love the pose and twinkle in the eye. Springtime is for love. But the colors somewhat suggest fall with the orange and the wheat, I can't get past that- I thing spring, I think green. Nevertheless, a great entry. |

"Purity"by mariomundoComment: excellent compostion. A bit stark, cold- and although it does scream purity, the composition below the face could be a bit less busy. Still a contender. Great shot. |

sherlynby osuarezComment: Really good. Great focus. I love the interplay between religion and sexuality.(playfully biting the rosary while staring at the camera)- you can't help but see a naughty nice contrast. A real contender. |

Isabellaby bspurgeonComment: Awesome shot. Definitely a contender. Perhaps a bit more contrast with a spot of ultimate black. Really just a great shot- mesmerising how you get such a great and natural pose out of a such a young subject. Good luck with this one- |

Too old for swinging...by magnusComment: Just a really nice shot- Its got a coming of age suggestiveness, the title, the exposed skin- but the composition is really great- nice positioning and depth, subtle greens an dgreat trees behind her left shoulder. The bar on the right is distracting- but you can photoshop that out for the print after you win the medal. Good luck. (9) |

smile ;-)by soonComment: There are a bunch of shots like this, but somehow the clarity, smoothness and expression go with the tones here. Its pretty close to a medal, and you may win, but compositionally I would probably zoom and crop it just above the eyebrows- the top of the head in the picture is unnnecesary. Good luck. |

Lolaby APComment: I gave this a nine originally, because of the expression and the pose. Great pet portrait. I guess an 8 is really where its at. |

Tomboyby NobodyComment: I came back to this one to say its in my top 3- Its a bit sharpened but somehow it works with the black and whitish color scheme- great pose and send up to those world war two postcards which empowered a generation- the first "modern working woman" generation. good luck. |
