I like it- very visually pleasing- reminds me of the Bathroom at CBGB's, except, there never was a closed sign, no matter how trashed it was :D

First off, I like the use of warm ground in front of cool trees. Secondly, I often stand and stare at the edge of a forest, with trees like sentinels, holding things out- or keeping things in?
