Two things stand out to my untrained eye, and make this special. First, is the excellent capture of the low lying clouds, and Secondly, the clarity in the water, more vivid in the reflection than real life.

I think this was certainly weird and intriguing, as Don said, and I think I prefer it among the top competitors based upon the focal points and detail. the "bleach bypass and added structure" feel to the shot enhance it, give it a near "journalistic" quality.
