Whoa!by TootlesComment: This could be my favorite picture ever. I mean- it is the stupidest topic I have ever seen, a let years elvis-looking redneck type fellow with a plum-dumb expression on his face on a horse on a softball field? but it works for you. even if you consider the fact that it is overexposed, undersaturated, poorly focused and similarly poorly composed with the horizon in ht ecenter and distractions of blurry things in ht emain focal points, the whole thing just works. And choices? what of the challenge? I love how you flaunt convention and enter this buffoon riding a stallion into this challenge completely unawares. The horse is real nice. that counts for a ten in my book. |

Rook or Bishop..by agwrightComment: aside from the fact that this is a chessboard and this horse has been beaten into a bloody twitching pulp, this photo has magnificent colors and it would be a shame if it did not place in the top 1-2 or 3. depending on whos move it is, the smoked glass is really not in a bad situtaion, but there are too many potential takes on the board so I will give you a nine, taking away one point for your lack of attention to detail, for if you are not a chess player than shame on you- and if you are, shame on you for sacrificing form for substance. in simpler terms, way to go! |

So Many Choices, So Little Timeby MomoComment: this photograph would be quite popular in tokyo japan in about twenty years. Since this is not tokyo 2024, its really not so good or popular in its over digital robotic way now. |

War of the Worldsby TimWComment: I like it but it is not too pleasing based upon the darkness and th elarge spots of black without must interest in the sunset/rise. |

Which way do I go?by TikicharmComment: a bit blurry, and grainy, and overexposed on the right while undrexposed on the left. fits the challenge i assume, in the most literal and robotic of ways. Nice yellowy orange color though. |

Color or Black and White?by genghisComment: sadly enough, the colors do not appear pleasing and do not have a lot of "range" maybe oversaturated. the composition and technique is good, but the lighting may be the sinister element holding back the full spectrum- or it may be the limitations of your camera. who really knows? not me. |
