Looking for Yesterdayby instepsComment: I love the quiet pace of this essay. We follow the woman on tip toes and look through her eyes until she quietly leaves the space. Perhaps what I miss in this delicate essay is "another" eye; you looking at her looking (do not take it literal though!)
For such an incredible building for a Western eye, one would expect an exotic interior also, but the surprise is that yesterday becomes hazy everywhere and the glass sometimes breaks the same on all continents.
The different key would have been the tree that grew comfortably in a corner. My favorite shot of the series (also, The "Mondrian" one).
What I always love in your B&W photos is the way you direct the viewer.
I am a big fan of your work.

Alice - Cobweb Collectionby sfaliceComment: Fiddlesticks! After making a four paragraph comment I lost it in chaos!
Alice you made a carefully embroidered tale with demons and fairies, a little gnome and landscape of war and then peace.
I liked the oblique look, as if reluctant to get too close.
(The cover could be reconsidered though) |

And I do hope that you'll continue your lunarctic-ims and make a booklet of sorts.
As they stand they are notes to a joyful mal di luna. I particularly like

1by jmritzComment: The pain experienced is never exactly perceived by the onlookers. You made us see the peril before the pain also.
As a cycle, I find it uneven. I have great appreciation for some images more then the others - #1, # 2 and #4 are haunting.
All the complications and secrets of adolescent life, all is there.
#3 does not seem to belong technically and made me wanting something else to support it.
I look forward for your musing in future essays, like always.
