An odd image - could have been taken at a funeral, at a military honor or at a wax museum.
There is palpable sadness and affection and there is also a certain detachment. The blacks and greys are perfect.

I already marked this with 7. Certainly a well done photograph. In an "Architecture" challenge it would score better.

Normally I mark each image independently of the other participating photos, for its merit and also for an interpretation of the topic, but in this particular challenge named ART some shots showing a more independent thoughts take precedence. And yet, I marked this correctly in my opinion.

The challenge was standard editing. You could have played a bit with color and saturation. I gave it 5 because I liked the explosion of what looked like ribbons, but the brownish background put me off.
