Parallel Cornby giantmikeComment: I am wondering if B&W would not greatly benefit this lovely picture. The colors are so washed out and not too interesting but the movement and graphic details are wonderful. |

Simply Blue by JulietNNComment: Beautiful mist - As to the tonality, the perspective is reversed producing a very powerful but unstable image and thus losing its minimalistic approach.
The background mountain lost its blue too much and seems to be from a different shot. |

Live Oaks, Salinasby Bear_MusicComment: Very impressionistic image, beautifully framed! And that's a rarity here. Is it minimalistic? At this point we don't care. |

Half Dome at Dawnby PetRockComment: The tonality is nice but to me it does not seem to benefit such a wonderful image being too obviously manipulated. It's too saturated perhaps, the upper corners are too obvious, the mountains hesitate between not being defined much or not blurry enough.
But all in all, the picture has a quality of a painting. 6 |

The Islandby james_soComment: Hope ahead!
The burn on the right hand side of the image gives the feeling of a crooked horizon and makes me tilt my head slightly. Details .... |

Coldby scooter88Comment: Solid, desolate image. Did you try it in B&W? I like the tonality very much though. Only that the line of the horizon reverses the perspective in which case a crop of the sky above would be beneficial. |

to the deathby AomarComment: What a pity that this image is not bigger. You have to verify your way of submitting a picture. Not minimalistic at all but gurgling with emotion |

wave..shell......gullby bspurgeonComment: You got at a perfect point with these images! The gull seems huge, almost the size of a horse but I love it because it gives me some solid ground somewhere and I am not sucked by the ruthless vortex created by the shell. |
