Dead man standingby essayComment: I wonder what made you decide for a harsh, black, anonymous border to reduce the delicacy of your shot to a simple post card? no marks. |

I'm Ready For My Close-up!by dtallaksonComment: ...said she blushing! Really beautiful NG shot.
Very hard in FS to separate the technically good from the daring, moody ones or the NG ones, candids ... While I truly admire the insect macros I just want a little more, and I think that you got it here. |

....and then, comes the end !by NeatComment: Wonderful, restrained feel. The image tells a lot of possible stories and absorbs the viewer which I think is one of the most admirable quality.
(I wish there was some more space on the left, but this is a detail. Wonderful shots are demanding!)
Oh, and wonderful processing! |

A Dog's Taleby 2mccsComment: What an image! Just at the limit between photography and painting. And very much like a Bonnard painting.
Perhaps the frame of the door should have been left unprocessed, perhaps the rope ... to leave the impression of just looking through a wavy pane of glass.
In any case, you made a wonderful tale of a dog that stands out.
Same processing with a different subject would be too much of a hybrid. You stopped here at a great point. |
