Wasting time silently in the libraryby MadMountieComment: Ordinarly, the library communicates the theme of "silence" but in this image, that's not the case. Interesting photo, but it's not making me think: silence! It's actually making me think of the "noise" of too many books screaming for attention. |

Gloryby scwortmanComment: Intersting sky! I realize the wide open spaces are "quiet" so I guess it fits the challenge, but it's not communicating "silence" to me, it's saying something abut barbed wire and open spaces and fences and all that. |

Round & Roundby qmdiComment: I LOVE this picture. Great framing (including the yellow or gold line). Cropped perfectly. I have no idea what the round ring is, of course, but it makes a stunning "frame" for the amusement park in the background. I'd put one of these on my wall! |

Shhh!by KoolDudeComment: Just not cute enough... On second thought, I'm being too harsh. Technically I can't fault this picture at all. Lighting is good, framing right on, etc. It's just that it doesn't "move" me I suppose. I'm upgrading my vote, however. I was too harsh. I gave it a 1 and that wasn't fair. I'm moving it all the way to 5. |
