Given your title, how does this represent Opposites? Aside from that, the image is more of a snapshot. And, both of your subjects are wearing sunglasses, so we can't get anything interesting from their eyes. Bottom line: I'm not sure what you're trying to convey here. Sorry!

Tall and Short

First of all, there's a line in the white background which is distracting. Second, the focus on the two cats is soft. Third, the white background isn't white enough. Fourth, the lighting is a bit harsh on both cats, producing blown out highlights on the black one, and washing out the white one. Fifth, the picture doesn't convey Tall and Short, it conveys Sitting Up and Laying Down, to me. You've met the challenge of Opposites, but the image lacks visual appeal.

You've captured the texture but otherwise there's not much visual interest here. I suppose it meets the challenge (light vs. dark) but I think that's a stretch. The picture, without the title, doesn't call out OPPOSITES to me.
