Roadside Flowersby DistantColoursComment: Underrated. I get why, but the abstract composition here is quite astutely observed. I think I should have scored this higher myself. Message edited by author 2026-04-07 05:46:12. |

Benchyby Art RoflmaoComment: This is super clever. I actually had something similar submitted for a while and swapped it out when I found the roof tiles because I had a distinct feeling you might have something significantly better in the running along these lines. I'm pleased to see I was right. :-) |

Layers of tree ringsby ladpupmoeComment: Underrated. Significantly, I think. The compositional choices, DOF, and level of contrast you've achieved here combine impressively to make what I imagine to be one of the most "boring" subjects imaginable quite compelling to look at. I could totally see this being a neutral-tone set piece within an interior design for an office space or living area. |

mental fortitudeby PennyStreetComment: You truly are a master at abstraction. This feels positively like something composed within one of those old disposable box Kodak cameras by someone with a distinct vision and untamed ambition. :-) |

underby TiberiusComment: This is well presented. It truly conveys the idea of vertical parallelism that makes concentrated urban life possible. |

Begoniaby jomariComment: This is about as good as a full-frame botanical ever gets. :-) I love this. |

Misty Morning by MartusComment: The depth of this image is really conveyed by its intersecting planes of layers. You have the vertical layering of foreground, horizon, and sky, of course. But then there's also the lateral layering of shoreline and cascading tide, plus the depth layering of the shore and hillsides along the vanishing point. Supremely well seen for this challenge. |
