I like this a lot. Personally, I would find the impact just slightly more effective if it felt less like an ad for the wine label--perhaps by turning the bottle about 60 degrees to the left or right to make the label a little less immediately legible.

Love this photo. It's definitely effective as a study in foreground interest, and the level of detail and color balance is incredible. My one reservation has to do with the way the bird registers in "uncanny valley" territory--as if it had been dropped in from another place where the lighting is different from the rest of this composition. I'm assuming that was an artistic choice. Still weighing its effectiveness for me. Will return to vote later. :-)
