Well, I am a rope and knot guy. It means there may be a boat nearby. My wife once surprised me with saran wrap... but I better not go there since I caught her looking over my shoulder.

I really like this though. The colors of the rope vs. the water and ice. And the soft curves of the rope vs. the more angular shape of the ice and post. Nice study in contrasts.

Viewing the shots today, my wife was saying she thinks "I should be taking regular pictures". Then I pulled up this one and she said "Oh! I like that one!" Me too. Maybe there is hope for her yet...
