I think you're doing great with the lighting, but I have to say when you use the white background's something odd is happening to the hair. I can't help you with the why or how to fix it, maybe someone who uses the white can help here.

I've come back to this several times, I'm not really sure how to comment. It's extrememly edgy, well posed and has a dangerous quality to it. I'm not sure I like the blown forehead, it contrasts too much with the dark hair. Another thing that pulls my attention away from the face is the sharpness of the blouse where the jacket is open seems a little too sharp and over white.

It's a little soft on just one side of the face (maybe from noise reduction?), that kind of throughs it off. But, she's a beautiful model, the pose and lighting look great.
