Ride to the Cloudsby adineComment: cool shot - have you purchased a polarizing filter yet? tremendous aid to blue skies.
also - i might have darkened the remaining green in the foliage. |

Eery Treesby qmdiComment: might be kind of neat to see the horizon level, and the trees cock-eyed.

Enchanted BCby zeuszenComment: this is cool use of blurring, and the colors are great.
i might have taken the blur tool, and run it across the center area of the grass/sidewalk edge - where it is sharp still - to give an overall smoothness to the image - it's blurred nicely at the top and bottom of the frame. that might also draw the eye more toward the people as well... |

Glacier Point Driftwood 2by NeilComment: well it's a nice photo - very pretty.
as far as the driftwood goes, what if you masked the entire shoreline area ( grass, and rocks ) including the driftwood, and sort of dodged outward from the area you want to lighten most. would be easier to mask the larger are - than just the details of the wood.
i did a quick mask, quick edit
i also burned the foreground a tad to dull some of the clutter on the shore.
