Too dark. and the image has a pronounced blue/green cast. Good job focussing on the eye.

Way too bright and the background seems to have been cut out or completely burnt out. The edge of the bird along the background just doesn't feel right.

He's probably caged. The title will undoubtedly draw you some flack. Good standard eagle headshot. Background seems to be bleeding into the feathers around his head.
