This is not a shoehornby DistantColoursComment: Nicely layered channeling of Rene Magritte, thematic interpretation, and double entendre. The photo on its own is rather pedantic, with the linguistic support and historical reference, I'm adding a couple of points for ingenuity. Bravo. |

Homework Timeby theluissalesComment: From a technical perspective, this is a very strong HDR entry and I scored it quite high. In the end I believe it's highly underrated. I suspect the mundane subject matter may have influenced the scoring. |
