Cute photo, but has a few flaws.
The background creases are the main one.
Move your model further from the background and use a wider aperture to throw it out of focus.
Try to avoid creases in the first place.
Lighting is OK. I would prefer less shadow from the on camera flash. You can use it, but dial it down more. Maybe try getting further back and use a telephoto.
