YUP. That's blue :o) The lighting on the tree seems a bit harsh maybe. There might also be just a little too much empty space. The would probably work better if the tree were in fog or had some snow or something to make it a little more interesting. OH! Orange or yellow leaves would work, but it's too late for those now. There were quite a few tree/sky shots so it's gonna be tough competing. Good luck! ~indi

Very high quality image. Best of the ice/cold pics. It doesn't really make me think blue, but I think it fits the challenge well enough. Great use of a shallow dof & nice focus. Subject is a bit abstract which is cool, but doesn't have the emotional appeal for me that some of the others do. Still, it's definitely above average because of the quality. ~indigo997
