This shot works well in duotone. I actually think you could adjust the black level a tad to give even more contrast with more darkness in the shadows. I personally don't have a lot of emotional interest in the shot. Technically it's quite good, but without something more... it's more of a stock shot than something to hang on the wall obviously. I do really like how the light is spreading out though.

I'm not sure what the composition restrictions were, but it'd be nice if you could've framed it from a different angle so that the big trailer to the left of the bldg weren't showing. Awesome colors!

i think you need it cropped down so that the wall isn't showing and it looks like the mirror frame is a frame on the picture. it has a nice organic vs geometric aspect going on though

I like that song :) This is just such a NICE photo. The tones are great. I bet it's gorgeous in fall too. Perfect exposure. You just need a little old model T or a little girl going down the road. The shadows on the road are cool... I just had to comment on this one because I'm already tired of voting on all these others, and I just started *sigh*

whoa. IMO this really needs some black level adjustment to make the background black instead of grey. it's a nice use of light and dark tho. fits the challenge well.
