I see what you are going for here, but I think two things are hurting this photo. First is that the focus doesn't seem super sharp; for a photo like this, you need focus that is spot on.

But more important is the lighting. Looks like you may have diffused your light a bit, but not quite enough. I'm still seeing some hard lines to the shadows instead of the light wrapping around the watch to really make the watch itself pop. I think the softer light would also help reduce the reflections.

This does me the challenge, but overall, it's only a mid0quality image. Mainly this is due to the very hard lighting. Do you see those extreme black shadows with very defined edges? That's what is telling me a hard light (on camera flash perhaps) was used. Diffuse the light, and I bet this would look quite a bit better.
