Creamy Chicken Marsala by MinsoPhotoComment: The red plate is 100% perfect for this image. I really like the angles against the place mat. My main suggestion here would be to make sure the place mat takes up the whole background. The black area isn't adding anything to this photo for me. |

My Secret Gardenby geneward2Comment: Looks like you have some enjoyable planting time ahead of you. Nice job framing with the arch.
Obvious tripod use: Low. I do see what looks to be slight HDR, but I'm not certain of that. This really looks like a shot that could easily be taken handheld (I'm sure you did use a tripod, but the obvious factor isn't there). |

Boulder Fallsby Marc923Comment: Very cool. I'm surprised at the choice of B&W for this, but I like it. My favorite part of this photo is the spray coming in from the upper right.
Obvious tripod use: High. |

Meanderingby KristinaGComment: I really like the framing of this photo. The tree trunk gives a nice anchor to the smooth water.

Is it THAT obvious?by Art RoflmaoComment: Nicely done. I was totally expecting to see a gun and was pleasantly surprised to see the tripod (I studied the photo slowly from top to bottom).

mechanical joyby MarfunComment: Interesting perspective you chose. Instead of getting up close you seemed to go behind the public space into the inner workings of the carnival. I'm surprised you didn't go for a longer exposure to get the lines of light.

The Blur of Modernityby jagarComment: What a cool location. I imagine this is a gold mine for great photos. I'm not sure how I feel about the blurred car, it seems out of place (and not just because of the modern vs old).

fortyby bspurgeonComment: Beautiful image with a beautiful meaning to it. Black and white was a perfect choice.
Obvious tripod use: Medium-high. To me, studying the image makes it obvious that a tripod was used. But I put medium high because the tones of this image make the foreground stick out, and the background fade away. The background is the area of obvious tripod use, so if someone is looking quickly, it may not be obvious to them. |

Lake Levelby npaselComment: I have the feeling this photo could be so much more. The colors feel washed out and the focus seems off. i'm not trying to be mean, this is just an honest critique.
Obvious tripod use: Medium. Nothing in this image really stands out to me as requiring a tripod. While I'm sure you used one, the obvious factor isn't there for me. |
