Wanted to say Hitchcock-movie-ish, but I googled it, and saw that the actual posters never had such a scary close-up image.
His own portraits, though, were often on this type of angle.

I wanted to say: "Life is a horse race, and you're your own jockey."

But then I read it back to myself and realised that from the other side of the coin it is: Oh. Herman is calling me a horse, is he?" or "Does my lawn look like turf to him" etc. Lawsuit written all over it.

So I'll just say that the hand brought a flash to me of a jockey flying towards the post.
