Charming. A touch low contrast and dark, but really close overall.

Not sure I love the composition choice, but I think it's good at the least, maybe great. This is a great example of exactly what minimal is supposed to emphasize. You've demonstrated some pretty serious skill here.

A next step would be managing to get a catchlight in those beautiful eyes.

Not quite sharp enough - the sensor spots are totally insignificant, but the slight tilt to the stem, and the lack of sharpness are the issues that appear to my eye.

Otherwise though, really it's a pretty darn nice image.. Wonderful gradient on the background and really good even lighting on the subject. A bit of editing and this will really stand out for sure.
