Great concept, pretty bad execution. You'll get a 5 just for hitting the challenge well, but there's no way I can give a 6 for this, as I really do feel it's a "below average" image overall. Largely due to poor focus and lighting. Your composition didn't help much either though, as the upper right is super distracting.. Oh, and this doesn't really feel much like a "stock" image..

I think you my have confused the word "Operator" with "Sales Person"..

Then again, perhaps you are attempting to show a person on the other end of the phone, the "customer" who is talking to the operator..

Well, in any case, the image does not strike me as a "stock" type image, I really hesitated to go as low as a 4 on this, but I'm afraid I must...
