Then again, perhaps you are attempting to show a person on the other end of the phone, the "customer" who is talking to the operator..

A good snapshot, but it barely works for this challenge... Not because it has nothing to do with operators, but rather, because it has a decidedly not-stock feel to it...

So, I'm being particularly generous on this when I give it a 5 I think... Mind you, I do think it's a really nice snapshot.
