In and Around Balboa Park Week 6 - Allexby AnnComment: The lens seems to have a very nice softness wide open. It's funny you say the focus speed is terrible, I hardly ever use auto focus lenses anymore. Even if I have one on the camera, I usually shut off the AF. |

Taroko Gorgeby ciaeagleComment: The image has some possibilities. The clouds are blown out, so that is not really fixable, but you could try to tone them down a little. Since it was bright direct sunlight, there is not much you can do to change that either. The comp is nice as the road takes you further into the scene. With a wide dynamic range between the brightest and darkest areas, you might want to do some blending with bracketed shots too. |

Nice view, boss (6/52)by KroburgComment: I think this is the best shot of your pooch so far! Great low POV and a very interesting BG. I can see him bounding down the path anxiously exploring the next adventure of the morning. |

the unknown_2785by mariucaComment: A simple comp with simple objects. Since there is no context to help out, they seem to work together to create some mystery. I wonder what the little knob in the bottom right corner is. |

watcher in the Woodsby ambakerComment: I guess my feeling on the vignette is it is too strong and I don't see the purpose of it since it does not enhance the image. The autos seem to be 40's? The trees create a filter that seems to add to the obscure feeling though. |
