Very ancient, advanced decay!!!!
But don't feel that this fits completely with the subject...
Very flat pic.
An angle shot would have more impact.

Title relevant to required subject......?
Focus more on the people - who don't look "decayed" at all.
Only relevance to the subject is the graffiti behind them.
