Balloonby GinaRothfelsComment: Lovely POV and UWA shot to include the sign is very clever. I like the 50's processing (Topaz?) but the halo's around the wires and trees need better management. I have a few shots if the Monte balloon too. Should be going back to the Bird Gardens soon for another BiF session. |

The Shy Sister by njsabsComment: Superb BW portrait. The positioning of the child to the right third of the frame does however give me a feeling of imbalance. I'd have cropped the child to the left third. Still, a 9. |

Rio Grande Engine 191by DennisheckmanComment: Gotta love these shots. The steam era is so emotive and basic. Powerful image. The UWA is odd to control. The loco, whilst distorted, is level, the building is not. Makes for an uneasy lopsided feel to the composition. Sky is very "polluted" the way you processed it. At least an 8. |
