-red-light-by sfaliceComment: Red light district? :)
I'd like to see more of it, with less or no branches/leaves in the foreground. Would look good contrasted against the brickwork walls. |

yellowbill duck protecting her babiesby sulamkComment: They get a bit nasty those ducks...nice action shot.
In subdued light the 170-500 Siggy gets slow. I try shoot in Shutter Priority, at least 1/1000th even if I push the ISO to 3200 or more. Naturally if you want blur then it's not a problem. |

Snouted Cobra (previously Egyptian Cobra)by kasabaComment: Nice to see you here Gaby.
Man these boys are hard to shoot well. Fear Factor! This is the best of your series due the good background and pose. You'll need to push the shutter speed a lot higher though to get him crisp and tack sharp. At least 1/1000th. The aperture is to small at f/18. Try f/8. Should be ample on that lens and still get his eye sharp. |

river partyby daisydavidComment: Lots to look at and explore. Not up my alley but worthy for a book cover or mystery novel I'd say. Layering? is well done. |

Giant Kingfisher (Megaceryle maximus) (PAW 8v2/52)by HarveyGComment: Originally posted by sfalice: Now, this is simply too unreal. It would be interesting to see something
oh, about the half-way point between the original bokeh and this one. |
I also prefer none or very subtle if you must PP out the tell-tale mirror lens circles of confusion (donuts).
