Pertinent image. Perfect lighting and lightning. Could be Rian although the death took place at the coast. Tragic. Including the 140,000+ deaths on South African roads every year due to reckless and arrogant driving. We are #24 in the world by deaths per 100,000. There is not a large margin of numbers between us and #1. No one stops any more at lights, stop streets, at pedestrian crossings, at schools and crèche’s.

Wonderful scene with an amazing range of greens despite the snow. A little pocket of mist at the end of the road is quite intriguing. I must say the contrail pollution is saddening. How boldly those Yeti footprints would stand out on their own without the lines in the sky...
