The Mountains Deliveredby RianBotesComment: Wonderlik! Can only be one set of mountain ranges that produce this kind of light and the rainbow is the cherry on top. |

The Plantby MagnumphotographyComment: Great moment caught and excellent exposure and s/s but I am left with a feeling of not sure what's going on, why they are engaging like this. |

"Ready for my Closeup"by bobnospumComment: Superb macro, correctly (under) exposed to get dark BG yet perfect whites and blacks. Just enough DOF for a crisp but shallow result. Ann? |

13 - Monday Morningby tvsometimeComment: Wonder what she is thinking and where her journey will take her. The blur adds to the e-motion if you'll pardon the deliberate pun :) I prefer the B&W to colour PP. |

March Hareby ciaeagleComment: Really is an amazing capture, almost studio like with the BG as it is. Just in time for Easter. |

In and Around Balboa Park Week 13 - Flutterbyby AnnComment: These days too much emphasis is placed on massively crisp images and more often than not on non-studio aka non-controllable subjects being in that studio lit and sharp category. Bah humbug!
With a 36MP CMOS and a classic 105mm Macro with VR you have managed a beautiful narrow DOF and enjoyable composition. The proboscis is nicely curled and the eye is sharp enough. The flutterby is also the central subject in-line with your focus plane and that has made the overall effect from left to right in the picture work. Beautiful! I wonder what it would have looked like at f/2.8?
